Rabbeted trim is ideal for replacing existing trim. The cut flange easily covers existing siding. Ideal for new construction, the Flange Slotted and Rabbeted Trim has a 3/4" pocket and if using a vinyl window the nailing fin will be hidden. The relief on the back of the board allows it to sit over the nailing flange without shimming. Other materials are not approved for ground and masonry contact. One-Piece Cornerboard, smooth seams, no caulk or paint required, faster installation with up to 20' board lengths. Flange Slotted Rabbeted Trim with Window and Siding Pocket The ultimate trim to build a neat, professional window surround. Cornerboard Used with fiber cement and or wood siding. Caulk would be used when siding butts up against square trim face. Rabbeted Cornerboard Most often used with vinyl siding, where siding tucks be- hind trim. NO caulk is needed. Flange Slotted Trim The flange slot helps trim sit flush over a window’s nailing flange. Rabbeted Trim with Siding Pocket. This 1" trim is perfect for end wall terminations.
